Who runs it

Rafael Fernández Corro

Managing Director, VinculoTIC

Founded VinculoTIC in 2011. Until 2025 he was Vice President for Latin America at BT, and before that led the regional operation of 3Com, Nortel, Avaya and ShoreTel: he knows this market from the selling side and from the buying side. He connects the people who decide on technology in education, healthcare, government and financial services. Engineer from Universidad Iberoamericana, where he chaired the alumni society and taught Computer Networks; executive education at IPADE and Wharton. He has chaired the Mexican Academy of Informatics since October 2023, through September 2026, where he is a full member, and served on the board of the British Chamber of Commerce in Mexico. Sixteen of the 227 talks in the archive are his own.
